The pool rippled lazily, the lights in the swaying palms glimmered, the palapa bar played music quietly off to their left and the sunset beckoned them to the far-off deck over the water. As they shared a wonderfully fresh Piña Colada, the mountains turned a smoky purple and the sky's pinks and oranges deepened to fiery burgundies and reds. The sea lapped calmly at the shore behind them and the breeze picked up. Maybe they would get a little tropical rain during the night. After dinner, they retired to their simple room where they had left the patio door open to the fresh sea breeze and the fan turning slowly. The TV and Air Conditioning sat unused, the sounds and air from outside were too wonderful and the outside air was delightfully fresh. They awoke in the morning to the sound of the waves and an ocean view. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. Would we recommend it to our best friends? Absolutely.
